Job Description:
Good understanding of the objectives of the project & direct the project team to achieve goals.
Systematic reporting and tracking on all tasks, keeping the senior management informed.
Provide training to project execution teams for OTD & lead time reduction.

Responsibilities :
Understanding of customer requirements, coordinate with the project team for the project timeline, track the Execution and Delivery as per project timeline.
Develop a full business case and turn that into a project plan that could be executed successfully. Designing and signing off on contracts.
Accountable for committed deliverables to the client.
Ensuring the end of the execution phase that the customer and the end-users are provided with a clear and complete handover. `
Ensuring projects meet deadlines, by Leading regular project planning sessions.
Responsible for complete Product lifecycle management process flow as per ISO.
